format in FATX?

fatx is the memry card for the xbox

Iirc, you can throw it in the Xbox and it will format it when you try to access it if it's not already fatx (and is xbox compatible). As far as I know, you're not going to be able to read / write it from PC though, aside from using the Action Replay memory card tool, unless something new has come out since.
