After I formatted my hard drive, it goes to boot from the hard disk for the first time but won't. instead, it just restarts. and it keeps doing this after numerous restarts. all system settings are default. it is an msi k7t-turbo-r limited edition. any ideas?
 
Firstly, set BIOS to default. Sounds wierd, but it's fixed alot of boot issues for me.
Secondly, you did a:fdisk, then a:format c: /s ?
