Form W-4 withholdings advice - married & both have jobs

My wife and I are both employed. According to the W-4 worksheet, I should have an additional amount withheld from my paycheck so I won't owe money. My question is, would it be wiser to not withhold extra but invest the "extra" money instead. Come tax season, I will have more money than I would have had, no? I will still owe my money in taxes, but I would simply pay more at the end of the year. Your thoughts? What do you other married folks do?
