Forgot Vista Ultimate DVD

I forgot my copy of Vista Ultimate at home (I'm at college).

If I were to download Ultimate off of bittorrent and then use my CD-Key would it be legal?

If that isn't legal or is questionable, then I am sure I can find SOMEONE who has Vista Ultimate around campus.

Remember that Vista DVDs can install any variant of Vista, so for example, a Home Premium DVD, plus your Ultimate key, results in an Ultimate installation. If your license is OEM, use an OEM disc. If your version is 64-bit, use a 64-bit disc.

I wouldn't use a questionable source to get something as important as an OS. If you need it sooner than your folks can mail your disc to you, then ask the school's I.T. department if you can use one of their discs or if they can burn you a legit image off TechNet.

My buddy actually had an Ultimate disc, so it is trivial now - but good for future reference.

Yea, I was very wary about obtaining the OS through a questionable source.
