Forgot BIOS password! Compaq v2000z

there are many programs available for this. use wipecmos. just boot from the bootable cd and wipe your bios password.
 
hmmm... not really. Laptop belongs to my relative.
I'm not trying to access the laptop to use but laptop bios setting. It got general hang and reboot problem and seems to be that Vcore might be less than optimum.
Anyway, I got RMClock to add up Vcore and it seems to work fine now.
