Forget Windows Vista Login Password

hi everyone, I have a HP laptop with windows Vista Home Premium installed. I recently changed my password and I forgot what it is. Can some one please direct me as how I can go about getting my password or resetting the account. Much thanks in advance. btw, the account is and administrator account. I can also log into the guest account but I can't do much there. thanks again
