Invent a reason coprocessor. It would have a logic circuit, grammar check, spell check, and fallacy predictor. The card would sit between the CPU and the network adapter and scrub user input prior to transmitting to the world.

It would have a big ass capacitor as a failsafe. In the event of a overload of dumb, the capacitor would discharge and melt the network connection.
