Download it, burn to CD, boot from the CD, use included password reset utility to change the password for the "Administrator" user.

Then you can log into Windows system, fix/reset other user accounts.

Or you can try with OPHCrack. Download the ISO, burn it on a disc, boot from disk and the password is displayed
