just like sealand. the castle is worth ?25 million but he wants to sell it for $75.6 million. wonder what idiots would pay so much more then the real value.

real value is whatever you can sell it for, appraisals are just estimates of value
 
Based on what I've read previously, this is NOT Dracula's castle. He stayed there for 1 night out of its entire existence.
