For those of you who make Grilled Cheese sandwiches on the Foreman Grill, how the heck to you do it without squashing the bread? I've tried this a couple of times now, and the weight of the lid squishes the cheese sandwich. It ends up becoming a Cheese Quesadilla, insead of a Cheese Sandwich. Grrrr!
 
You could try not closing the lid and just flipping the sandwich, kind of like you would do in a pan if you made em that way.
