My dad accidentally bought some Jaz drive from a guy in Australia, who declined to mention that the product was a) 220 volts, b) being shipped from Australia (all prices quoted, incl. S+H, was in $US) and c) that there would be an international shipping surcharge in addition to what he quoted in the item text. My dad tried to back out but before he could the auction was over. So my dad tells him he doesn't want to pay for something from Australia and naturally the guy gets all irate. My dad offers to buy the disks only...not the drive (citing that the guy declined to mention it was 220 volt etc.) and he says no deal. I hate deadlocks like this...this guy's gonna be my dad's first negative, whereas the trader himself has had 5 negatives in the past few months (way to do your homework dad! :))
