Ford Mustang gets JDM'd

the lights look really good... the bumper needs a tone down as the rest of the car.

is that 2 dvd players in there?

That's there to remind the driver that, being a low slung car, he will DIE if he runs over anything thicker than a popsicle stick at any decent speed!! :laugh:

really, why would you want to make your cobra look like an import...make a cobra look like a cobra, widebody, OK, that's cool, leave the original front bumper though, and the cobra decals, and god the interior, leave teh interior alone.....the wheels are decent enough though

Remember, now-a-days no car is safe from being riced out. I see riced on 'stangs on a daily basis here in LA.
 
I know. Doesnt mean I have to like it though. Not that many ricers where I live, more jacked up trucks with huge tires, and muscle cars. Sometimes living in the deep south, close to the middle of nowhere pays off. 😉
 
The fiber glass is awful...I wish he'd just kept the interior the same and then just switched the seats to RECARO like black leather seats.
The Chrome mats are awful....
The Shift Knob is awful...
I love black...but something about over glossy black that makes the car look like a plastic kit car.....

With that said....the tail lights are awesome......the front is great....but the front bumper needs to be less flashy....

 
Ugh. What a waste.

Hope it wasn't a Terminator. Can't even tell as all unique signs for the 03/04 have been eliminated (front facia, hood, rocker panels, rear bumper and trunk lip). Seriously doubt it, someone who buys a Terminator doesn't do this to it... only kids with < $10k V6s and money they saved working at McDonalds while living rent free with their parents do this to a car, on the side when they aren't playing Halo and Gran Turismo or watching F&TF.

It's probably not even a Cobra of any year. I mean if you're going to mod out the whole car that much, it's not a far cry for someone to spend $10 more for a pair of blinged out Cobra badges for your V6 just because "chrome snakes are dope"...

I saw some hideous red Mustang a while back; 03 Cobra hood and from facia and 03 Cobra rear bumper and a Cobra R wing and some dime a dozen bling rims. But in place of the SVT badge was a 3.8L badge (which doesn't come factory for a V6 which means it was added with purpose) and the rocker panels were the flared V6/GT variety...

When he took off from the light it sounded like a Buick Skylark and slugged along just as fast. V6 confirmed.
 
I stopped off at my friend's place the other day and saw that his V6 Mustang was now a bright shade of orange. I just sighed a bit. I think it was free since the other paint job that he had (original green color) was done poorly so the guy redid it.

But still... wasting so much money on a V6 mustang? =\ My V6 Altima is faster than his car (a bit fatter too, but we'll forgive it 🙂).
