Looks like an interesting little rig. Of no value to me, but I could see homeowners buying it in droves. Might be ok for a painter or an electrician as well.
It seems like Ford is stepping up their game all the way around.
 
At less than 25k equipped, 20k starting point, I bet they sell a lot of them.

The biggest issue I see is the bed is a little small. I rather have a little less room in the back seat for a full 5' bed.
If they sell well maybe they will make a king-cab with a bench seat and longer bed.

It's on an Escape unibody, that limits what they can do with it. I think it has it's place, but it's by no means a pickup. It's an SUV with a big hole in the back.
