Is there any way to temporarily lock a window to remain in foreground, so it doesn't automatically slide back when you click on another (full screen) window.
Basically, what I want to do is to have a browser in full screen and put a notepad or an IM utility on some parts of a web-page I will not be using, but still be able to surf the rest of the page normally (without getting the extra windows shoved to the background every time I click on the browser).
If there is a built-in way in windows 7 it would be great, if not I would be happy with any suggestions.
Thank you very much for your time 🙂
