Forcing constant clock for nvidia cards with RivaTuner

Hi,
Does anyone know how to do this? I used to have this set up this way but after a reformat I can't figure out how to force it back again. I tried checking "DisableInternalClockTest" and "EnablePerfLevelForcing" under Power User->RivaTuner\NVIDIA\Overclocking, but there's no "apply" or "save" setting, and when I click OK and restart RivaTuner these 2 settings are unchecked again. Under "System Tweaks", the "Force constant performance level" drop down menu is also grayed out. How can I set it to be active?
