Forcing Chrome to translate. Is it possible?

I was wondering how to force Chrome to translate a website. I want to go from English to German but the auto translate pop up isn't umm...popping up.

Is there a way to force Chrome to translate pages?

Here's something amusing:

I usually just post the url into the left side of https://translate.google.com/ then press Translate, and then I can click on the right side and it does it, but when I tried it right now it said:

"Try a new browser with automatic translation. Download Google Chrome".

Oh really?

Strangely, Google Translate fails to translate itself into German though:
