This is in Win98SE. Is there a program, or command-line switch to use to force a window to stay on top?
Namely is CS - when I run it with the -console switch, the taskbar runs over the game window; without the -console, the game runs on top of the taskbar. How do I make the CS window STAY on top of everything else? (without having to disable the taskbar's On-top feature every time)
