ForceWare 61.82 Drivers

I just came across the 61.82 drivers at guru3d.com. According to them, they are WHQL certified. But if this was the case, wouldn't they be officially available from NVIDIA's website? Anyway, if anyone is using these, how do they compare with the 61.77's and 66.81's?

Edit: Mistyped driver version, but fixed now...Gets a little confusing with both the 61.xx and 66.xx series of drivers.
