Will you have fun if you renew? To me, it's all about the time and not the money. $15 is nothing considering the amount of enjoyment you can get for a full month, but if you don't have the time to spare or if it isn't fun then I wouldn't do it.

If you don't want to play anymore, screw it. It's not just $15, think about all the low level dumps you'll have to go through to help him (time). Back in the day, I hated using my high level hunter to help other guildies complete low level quests where I got nothing in return. Bla bla bla, no such thing as "out of the kindness of your heart".
