Force Vista to have monitors enabled?

Is there anyway to force vista to have a monitor output enabled even if there is no monitor plugged into the video card?

I wish. I think this can only be done under Windows XP. Best alternative is to use some third party EDID clone device to trick your graphics card into believing a monitor is connected.
