Force Refresh Rate in XP

I want to force 1600x1200 @ 65 hz in XP. Is there anyway to do this without PowerStrip? Possibly some other software or a reg key?

would that thing be able to get my refresh rate over 85? cause i can only get it to 85 right now

Provided your monitor supports it and you have the correct INF for it, ReForce can force any refresh rate you like.

i use nvrefresh tool...you could also try manually editing the registry
