force gpu boost 2.0 to run at max?

Is it possible to force my 780 gtx with gpu boost 2.0 to run at its max speed all the time (or for a few hours of gaming)?

I already have precision x with a modest overclock going, but the gpu runs at a lower clock speed during non intensive activity and scales when you need it.

I want to lock it to run at the max boost clock all the time (well for a few hours of gaming).

That's how it is.Why do you need more fps during a cutscene? anyway is this a reference model? have you tried adding voltage?
