Force File Delete (Windows 7 64-bit). Programs arent working!

Alright so Unlocker and a few other programs that force file deletion don't work for me. When I had 32-bit, it worked fine.

I tried this program: "Lock Hunter" but the process using the file is "explorer.exe", and I ether have the option to delete this program or "unlock it". Well "unlocking it" doesn't work, and I dont think I want to delete explorer.exe lol.

Anyone have any suggestions as to a Win7 64-bit file deletion program?

Thx!

Either take ownership of the process or stop it from being able to start by disabling its permissions in security so that it cannot execute again once closed.

What i did on 32 bit (now I have 64) was go to msconfig, turn off windows search, reboot. Then I was able to delete this file. Then of course I had to turn windows search back on. What a pain.
