What is the best force feedback joystick (mainly interested in flying type sims)? Also, do they actually 'force feedback' or just vibrate?

I have a MS ForceFeedback 2 and it works pretty good. It does have specific forces...it doesn't just vibrate. I love it for Motocross Madness and when I do play flight sims.
 
Logitech's Wingman Force is awesome and can be found much cheaper (~$50). I also use it for Motocross madness 2 and Crimson Skies. Strong feedback, and nothing like the "vibration feedback" controllers.
