Force Android location

Is there a way to force a location update through google's find my device? Even if the phone may be in battery saver or location turned off.

Phone has to be on and connected to a network to give its last known location.

It is connected. This would be for when someone turns off the location service and it stops updating.

Thanks, but that doesn't seem to help. This was more for a kid leaves the house and turns off location. Is there a way to turn it back on from the google account linked to it. Find device doesn't work because location is turned off. So, I was wondering if there was a way to turn it back on remotely.

Probably not remotely for security reasons. You'll need to have physical access to the device to do it.
