Force 1920x1080 in Windows 7 [SOLVED]

I have a 21-inch CRT that can do 1080. I did it in XP by selecting to force HD TV 1080i setting or something in CCC. At any rate, I cannot find this option in Windows 7.

Radeon 4850, Catalyst 9.9

If I click Force and go to HDTV mode, it ony has 1280 x 720 60 Hz. Why can't I force higher? I've gamed at 1080 a ton of times on this thing, even 2048 x 1536 but I cannot go higher than 1800 x 1440 on here. Where are the true Force options?
