I got the above error when trying to post or send private message at home. I can post/ PM fine here at work. My Directvdsl dsl account recently got disconnected and I am using pacbel dialup. Anyone know what is happening???

Several IP ranges you have used are blocked because of a malicious troll who has registered multiple accounts on our forums. You and this troll are the only members to post from these IP ranges which are assigned to Pacbell.net.
The most recent registrations we are aware of were late last year, so we are not ready to unlock these ranges unless there is some other way to prevent him from returning to our forums.
