I drive through the 3rd most expensive zip code in the country every once in awhile...more so in the summer....gets me to the beach. :D

Heh... I don't think anywhere in Nebraska is even close to making it onto the list. Maybe if it was a top 1,000 we might have a ZIP that would make it.

WTF? Why aren't any of the Baltimore City zip codes on this list!? Oh right, because you can buy a burned out crack house in East Baltimore for $5000.

I had a ham buddy who lived in Atherton (#1). He has since died but when I was told what the average house sold for I was flabbergasted. Now they are probably worth 3 times what his was.

The guy was an insurance man.
