I finally got around to updating to Firefox 1.5. Now when I try and get some new extensions, it says software installation has been turned off and to edit options to change it. Yet I when I try to change it, nothing happens. Any help would be nice.

You should get a bar just under the address bar when you try to install stuff, you can click there and allow the installation.
