so unlimited long distance calls anytime? however local calls still eat up minutes? Is that how its always been?

I have the $30 plan for 300 minutes. Also the same for my wife's line. This won't benefit us. :(

all calls eat up minutes unless it's nighttime/weekends. And long distance (within US) has always been included.

i've got the family share plan -- which is really nice with unlimited IN calling.-- this would benifet me as long as i'm willing to add on another 2 years.

all calls eat up minutes unless it's nighttime/weekends. And long distance (within US) has always been included.

yeah but it says "unlimited" next to long distance now.... so thats not new?

( i never make long distance calls regardless.... just wondering)


I dont even think I ever come close to using the minutes that I have as it is.

For me this is great, because I moved down to the $39.99 450 minute plan instead of having 800 minutes for $59.99. Most everybody I call has Verizon now, so those are mostly IN (free) calls anyway.

hrm.

my sister and i share right now 300 mins plus the unlimited everything else... i need to check to see how much my dad is paying for the two lines and if he wants to extend our contracts. i actually like my phone and don't want to change it for a while.

We don't even come close to using 50% of our minutes. I'd like a cheaper plan and no more minutes.
