For U2 Fans - Is the Magazine Propaganda dead?

Well I had a subscription to the U2 fan mag. Propaganda, and I could of sworn I had like at least 1 more issue left out of the total of 4, maybe even two more. But I know they don't come out at regular times, sometimes months apart. I haven't gotten a new issue In like, I think a whole year now. Has the magazine folded?

Anyone know what the hell I'm talking about.
 
Well It's still kind of vague from what I read. It says that it will honor all subscriptions, but they aren't accepting new subscriptions as the magazine is 'going away.' Whatever that means.😕
