So i try to spend more time with her, but sometimes I get sucked in by a game for a few days and she will let me know.

My S/O, my friends, myself, and all of my family know for a fact that I spend way to much time on a computer, but nobody bothers trying to change me. Its what I like to do.

I dont watch any tv, which is more socially acceptable to waste time on. My S/O knew that she was getting a computer nerd, and is happy with that fact.

I agree. I still get pretty bad in the winter, but come summer time I'm out in the garage and lawn alot more. Helps that I have a house now too instead of an apartment though.
Anyways, my wife calls my computer my square headed girlfriend and accuses me of having an "affair" with it.

i spent about 18 hrs a day in front of a computer. my s/o does about 14 hrs
