Do you report spammers to their ISP's?

I use IhateSpam and in the last few days I've decided to start reporting these fvcktards that keep spamming me.

Does it do ANY good at ALL?

The only ones it might help are ones that try to sneak by on a legit ISP or have a webpage on a legit ISP that they "may" shutdown. Problem is that most of my spam points to a webpage that is hosted by a chinese ISP that must just work with spammers.

No. Most spammers use ISPs that they pay extra premium to for "bulletproof" accounts - i.e. the ISP won't do anything, and the TOS does not apply.
