Incredibly bored at a former employment of mine? Apparnatly my post count shot-rocked during my employment there.

Fortunately, after I departed, my post count went back to normal. 0-10 posts / day.

Why? On an exceptionally boring day over my years here, some days I'll sit down and rack up 200+ posts. On a true "average" day, I post like 1-5 times.
 
I don't post that much, but I spend assloads of time sitting here & reading the forums (all of them except P&N and Video). It's not that I'm bored at work... more that I can't work for 8 hours straight. I need distractions to "reset" my brain so I can get out of some mode of thinkign to approach problems in a new way.
 
Mine used to be at about 17 PPD. I neffed (typed worthless, meaningless posts) at work and, well, passed time that way. Once college started and I left my job, I lightly posted. I stopped here a little while ago for about a month. Mine is still stuck at about 13 PPD. I don't post much anymore, at least I will refrain from posting if I think what I'm typing is stupid or worthless.
 
Yep, I post at work during the summer...then don't post at all for the rest of the year. I think I had like 20 posts before my internship started last summer.

despite being a lifer, my average posts per day have really gone down.

back when I worked the overnight shift, I was up to like 30 ppd because it was so boring at work.

now that I work the afternoon shift, there's a lot less time in my day to nef. I almost never surf AT outside of work, though, unless I need some help on my desktop or something.
 
Sometimes, the entertainment around here is better than the re-runs on television.
 
I post to avoid doing work. I have a theory that if you wait 30 minutes after given a problem, the problem fixes itself.

It works 9/10 times too!
 
i average 7/8 a day now, but i hardly come here on weekends, so that's what, goes up to 10/11 per weekday?
is that considered high?
