doubtful, same problem on both my work laptop and home desktop, unless someone hacked my WRT54G router
but anyways, i got it working, though I'm not sure why I got the problem in the first place (maybe entered password wrong too many times?). i was choosing personal account on the reset, but was entering my business card # (oops).
EDIT; forgot to mention i go directly to chase.com to login. didnt get an email or anything, just wanted to check my balance (do it almost every day)

It's possible that they hacked your local DNS server and redirected traffic from common banking and credit card sites to their own pages. It's not unheard of.
