Okay, I'm trying out Opera in Windows and when I load it up, it asks me if I want to use Windows in Opera or Opera on the desktop (or something like that).

Does anyone here know what the difference is? I can't quite tell.

I think it's letting you choose between opening new windows inside one Opera window or having multiple windows on your desktop (like IE). Not sure tho.
