For those who stopped watching Zero Punctuation....

I like his reviews, but I can't really say that I agree with all his conclusions. He seems to lean towards sandbox games a little too heavily, and the inclusion of Bioshock 2 as one of the five worst games of 2010 is just wrong.

He's too samey for me but he sure comes up with some novel and funny things to say.

I always remember his description of the good/evil system in Bioshock 1.. listened to that more times than I care to repeat in public and it always had me roaring with laughter.

I agree with most of the things that he says, but he really does seem to favor the sandbox genre more than anything else.

That being said, I really don't watch his videos for the reviews; I watch them for the comedy. Yahtzee never seems to run out of funny ways to insult things.

If by "lean towards" you mean "keeps playing even after he shits on it" then I agree. He's always quick to assault his favorites games. And since he has so few of those its usually a good rant.

I still browse his page from time-to-time but I imagine that is not his full-time job and it's not updated very often.

Obviously every single Wednesday since mid-2007 is not "very often"... D:

I still enjoy watching and listening to his reviews. Every few weeks I visit the Zero Punctuation corner of Escapist Magazine and catch up on the recent episodes. Don't really go there on a weekly basis though.

Every single week for the past 3 years or so.

Actually, given how similar many of his reviews feel, I wish it were a once-a-month thing instead. I'd be happier.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH! j/k. Ok and when he does post an update it's about a game no one cares about or all ready knew was complete shit.

I can really only take his "Thief and Monkey Island are the best games of all time" in small doses. I generally do agree that most games are complete crap, but I don't need to hear about weekly. Every few months or so I'll check out a few of his reviews. Mostly on games I am on the fence about and don't know anyone who has played them yet.

Just watched the Cataclysm video... spot on. LOL. The end tidbit about raiding for items, and using the items to raid is exactly why I stopped playing.

I haven't played Minecraft, but I really enjoyed that video as well. The Fable III video was fairly good too.

Sometimes he loops a few insults, but still pretty funny.

You really have to appreciate the aspect of the open sandbox world of the game, otherwise, you're gonna hate it. It's fun as hell!

Just watched the Cataclysm one... fairly amusing 😛.

I remember playing GT4 and just having fun driving around on the beach 😀.

Just watched his red dead redemption one. He completely nailed it. That game was an overrated and boring POS.
