For those who love Synergy for HL2

It's been a long road, but Synergy 1.0 is going to be released today! I'm still looking out for it (It's just past midnight here so I expect it to be some time within the next few hours).

I love this mod. By far my favorite one for HL2 and about the only HL2 game I play now.

If you haven't played it before. Give it a shot when 1.0 is available. You can now play through the entire HL2 campaign including Lost Coast if you have it.

Synergy is a cooperative Half-Life 2 multiplayer modification, also supporting the original Deathmatch and Teamplay game modes.
Get together with your friends and play through individual levels or full campaigns, such as the Half-Life 2 campaign, using a new set of weaponry against new enemies.

If you like Player vs. Player combat, play in the Deathmatch or Teamplay game mode.
In Teamplay mode, you may join a Team (either Combine or Rebels) and fight the other team with friendly players and NPCs to complete map objectives.

We currently have no "story" readily available at this time, however we hope to have an interesting one here soon. If you've got an idea that you believe may fit our situation, post on the forums.

UPDATE:

Synergy 2.6 Beta to 1.0 is now available to download in the above link! It's only an 11MB patch for the upgrade to 1.0 so go get it if you already have 2.6 Beta!
