for those who count, how many calories do you eat a day

yesterday i was 1750

today is up to 1070 after lunch, estimating 1560 after sandwich tonight and cliff bar.
 
I'm lifting a lot and trying to keep my muscles building while burning some fat in the process, so I'd say never below 2000. Yesterday was probly bad since I had a Thickburger. On average tho, rough guesstimate 2000-2500.
 
So what do you guys eat on a normal day for those numbers? I was gonna count the other day (out of curiousity) but didn't feel like looking up all the calories for each item I'd eaten.

That is why I have no idea on the weekends.

On weekdays I eat out of a box type stuff. Cereal in the morning and milk, a yogurt or two during the day, a frozen food for lunch, tea with milk in the afternoon, then a couple veggie burgers or similar for dinner.
 
I'm currently at 4000. I was at 4300 last week, and for all of the previous fall and winter (bulking). I am going to start gradually reducing by 200 each week until I can get a steady rate of fat loss.

normally it would be around 2500, but since I am trying to lose a bit if weight now, I try not to go over 1500. On days I go biking, the net intake is like 300.
 
I used to be over 2000 in pop alone. Then I stopped counting.

I'll count tommorow for you. I would estimate about 3000.
