A few people here seemed to be wondering when I'd find out where I'm going to be ending up (today was the day when I decided if I'd stay in alabama or go to toronto) and in some late-day negotiations, heavily influenced by my flashing smile and charming ways, the company has been able to set up a deal for me so that I'm here for a good long while yet. Moving 90 miles south to birmingham and will be signing the lease on a new apartment tomorrow

EDIT: It's not all and - I'm still waiting for INS to get back with me on my visa renewal which I won't know about until next month but I don't anticipate being booted out of the country since I'm such a good lad.

I really honestly have no idea. life is still in limbo to a degree but at least for the near future it seems pretty controllable. Yep same company. It's a consulting company so I'm moving down there and most of our upcoming clients are in the birmingham area. One in particular that looks like a very good bet is there and I hope to be billing in a week or so with them.

bunker I know I like the fact I'm only 2 hours from a HUGE city. Also 4.5 hours from the hottest ocean I've ever been in.
