For those who are good with health, help me? ^^

I don't know really. Pretty much, the front part of my leg, on the left side of the right leg bone (where you would find a usual gap in between), it hurts RIGHT AT the bone. Same goes with my left leg, except on the right side of my bone. I've been told that I should just let it rest for a week (which I did), and it would feel better, along with taking aleve and tylenol (separate times though). None of them did work. I can walk fine without the pain, but if I jog or run at all, the shock really freakin hurts my legs. I've also been getting some occasional cramps lately, don't know if it has to do with anything...

Suggestions?
 
Is this right next to your shin bone? I think those are shin splints. Ice them after exercise and stretch before and after exercise.

Yeah I run much... Its like the upper part of my lower leg, not near the knee though... Should I visit a doctor bout it? It could be a shin splint, yeah it's around that area...
 
ah sounds like good ol' shin splints. I have had them for months now when i play bball, take advil and get some really good arch support shoe inserts. Still hurts, but at least I can play and be able to walk afterward.

The only way to 'cure' shin splints is to rest or take light work outs. I remember a recent case I got during the summer after about 2-3 months of hard running. It really puts a damn on training but it's better to quickly rest and get rid of it because it'll only hinder you later if you don't take care of it now.
 
oh thats what is great about shin splints, no cure. Nothing you can do besides rest,ice,strech. Its terrible, I am actually kind of scared it won't go away, I have had them for almost 6 months now.

Damn... Then I'd probably have to see a doctor to get an excuse (its for a class..)
