think about it.

they sucked in the 70's. steinbrenner gets suspended from baseball and the baseball people build the yankees and they win 3 championships just as king george returns to baseball. but guess what, he can't deal with success, meddles and meddles and look what we have, a 200million dollar payroll that is participating in the biggest choke in sports history.

 
So now that the yanks will lose to the hated bosox how much do you think payroll will go up? I wonder how much money he will throw at Beltran, hmmmm...
