For those that have an Aldis grocery near you...thier beer is pretty good

If you like the flavor of German beers Aldis carries Wernesgruner. Tried it for the first time and it ain't bad & at only $5.99 a 6 the price is not bad either.....just another option for those that enjoy flavorful beers and are on a budget.

Does it taste anything like a good Belgian beer. Not really good for somebody on a tight budget, but I've seen trappist ale's (Chimmay Red I believe) at Fairway for $7. Mmmmmmmm. Better than wine IMO.

How much is beer normally where you're from? $5.99 is average for a 6 pack of something decent, some other stuff is 6.99 depending on what liquor store you go to.
