you have to find the album usign itunes and copy the url, but other than that it is very simple.
unfortuantely the site got 'dug' and searching for albums no longer works
Itunes Art importer works well, but it gets images off of amazon, which are usually pretty small. That said, it is automatic, so if you are lazy..here you go.
