It would take me way too long to explain the problems I have at work to come to the conclusion that I do nothing. It's so retarded my co-workers should thank God every day I'm a pacifist.

I was in the same spot. I basically walked off the job...err...made sure that I did so in a fashion where I got fired before I walked😀

I'll take that road as soon as I secure another job. For now, I'm just transfering to another department as soon as there is an opening. I'd just fire my boss, but there are complications with that. Let's just say, in a normal company he wouldn't have even been hired for the job he has.

Im a supervisor at my job and i occasionally catch people "flying under the radar" all the time... As in knowing how to flaw the time clocks and break/lunch times. I dont really ever say anything if its not reall consistent. That just means they will never move up in my corporate ladder....

Then again I used to be guilty of it on occasion... a perk of being higher on the corporate totem pole...
 
I only hate my job because right now Im working every 8 hours 7 days a week. Only getting time off if I ask for it otherwise Im heading out again in 8 hours.
 
i hated my job as a QA Mgr so I gave my two week notice and went back to school. Now I love my job as a med-surg nurse.

I highly recommend tossing it all to the wind and starting over if you are not happy.
