I can't watch Donald for longer than a minute every couple of weeks or I'd smash my monitor into little bits of Chinese import tariffs. Is this really worth it?

I'm in the same boat. I seriously want to see the Fox's facial expressions but I can't bring myself to watch, listen to or look at him.

If you can't take 31 minutes or so of DT, I certainly cannot, then perhaps this version with Lawrence O'Donnell will suit you. If I had to give it a one liner it would be "straight outta Crazy Town".:eek:o_O:p

Then there's the aftermath.

I feel this is a dangerous time, especially if Mueller's investigation gets as close to Trump as many think. For example, if Cohen's 16 cell phones show some pretty bad stuff directly incriminating Trump.

Nixon went quietly. I don't think Trump will. His ego won't let him, and who is going to advise him to step down that he'd actually listen to? Fox and Friends? Granted, the GOP Congress may continue to run cover for him anyway so perhaps the comparison won't apply.

I think that he'd melt down on the stand the same way he does when being interviewed by the press.

Right, but there's "melt down" Jimmy Swaggert-style where you collapse into a blubbering heap, and melt down where you start demanding the army to take over and kill your opponents "for the good of the country." Sounds like a bad movie I know, and I'd guess (hopefully) that it wouldn't work, but I think if he was going down he'd do anything. We saw with that national guard truck with "Trump" on the side that he likely would have a lot of support with soldiers. You get Fox to trumpet that the Deep State has actively begun their coup and who knows the hell could happen.

Bottom line, nothing Trump does or says is "normal" to the office of the President. Anyone else would have been tossed out of politics 100 times over by now. It feels very much like uncharted territory.

I tried calling out "Beetletrump! Beetletrump! Beetletrump!" to get rid of the shithead but sadly it didn't work. It was then I realized I needed to find those idiot mofo's who initially recited the chant, beat the crap of 'um while beating some sense into them and then have them repeat the chant themselves.

Hey, I'm desperate. What can I say?

A [freestyle] Presidential video blog oughta cinch it. There'd only be need of one though it would be a lengthy one given the many gripes he is eager to rant about. He'd hang himself.

Someone really needs to put this idea in his head. His followers deserve eleven hours of non-stop Trump and though I personally wouldn't watch it, so do I.

I couldn't listen to him more than 30 seconds so I had to get the Colbert cliff notes version:

It's a toss-up whether Trump will be removed from office in handcuffs or a straight jacket at this point. I don't really care which, as long as it happens sooner rather than later.

The entire administration and his justice picks should go with him.

While I'm not complaining or anything, but is that the sort of dress normally worn by a female "news reporter" on Fox? It reminds me of something a recently-divorced wanna-be-cougar would wear to a night out on the town with her fellow red wine loving friends.

The dress is fine. It's the level of stupid it tries and fails to contain that's the real issue.

Trevor Noah did a good peace. The whole thing is good but if you want to watch Fox facial expressions skip to minute 3 of the video. It's golden!
