For those who wants NVRAID to work with windows XP Profession x64 bit edition, you will need these files. *Pull most of them from the Nvidia's x64 6.25 BETA driver pack (nvidia site has this under nforce 1/2/3 for x64.
For the first disk, since everything cannot fit, put these files only.

nvata.cat *PULL THIS FROM the 32-bit chipset driver pack 5.10
nvatabus.inf
nvatabus.sys
nvcoi.dll
nvide.nvu
nvraid.cat *PULL THIS FROM the 32-bit (windows xp profesional) chipset driver pack 5.10
nvraid.inf
nvraid.sys
nvraidco.dll
nvraidenu.dll
nvraidservice
nvraidsvenu.dll
nvraidwizard.dll
nvraidwizardenu.dll
regraid
txtsetup.oem
Then go in the windows installation and press f6 to get the floppy when it asks for it...
Then when you have installed everything and are in the desktop, go to C:\Windows\OemDir and place these files
NvRaidMan
nvuide
Now, when you install the chipset drivers, you can install everything and it will run smoothly!
