Well... I have an Antec 303PX power supply. 300 watt... A good PS. Now, I was playing with it, and no matter what I set the FSB lately I was having problems. My CPU was always overclocked to about 1500 with the voltage at 2.15. This is way more voltage then necessary but I noticed that when I was overclocking even if it seemed stable it would randomly crash even when not under stress. I related this problem to voltage and ps, but did not know the extent of it. I even had the memory voltage way up to 2.9 volts. I thought this was also necessary. Well, after taking the CPU voltage down to 1.85 I noticed that all my voltages where either in spec or higher then. Before they would be much lower then spec. Then I lowered the memory voltage to default and then left it at the high FSB. It posted, and loaded windows perfectly. odd I thought as before it would crash upon loading windows. So far it has ran perfectly at 1466x163 at memory timings much harsher then I could do before. Yet to see a glitch, and all voltages are normal. Default CPU, and default memory. Time for a new PS. Enermax 530 watt here I come. hehe. I can get the CPU to post at 1.78GHz so maybe I can get it a little higher then 1.5 stable with correct voltages supplied. I dunno. Just a little info if there are others out there with similiar problems. Also, I never knew my CPU could run so cool now. ehheh at 100% load for 30 minutes, it's only 93 degrees F. heheh
