I'm 36 and I feel old--after 32 it goes down hill. My soul is young though (i.e. 20). I still look like early 20's though since I take care of myself.

It's depressing that I don't have the energy or ambition I did when I was younger. I've learned to have a lot of perspective and patience. And when you get older you value family and friendships more.

i used to tell my cousins i'd never live past 35. i party'd hard.

that was 20 yrs ago. here i am at 40 yrs of age and i'm running the rat race chasing the dollars like everyone else.

having 3 kids will do that to you i guess. but they are worth it.

35, feel younger than I did 10-15 years ago. Staying in shape helps with the energy, but I hear 36 is when it all bgins to deteriorate

40 years old and I feel like a kid. Reason: 3 year old daughter who I get to be with all day when I get home from work and I have a boy due on July 4th. I still act like my three year old(at least thats what the wife tells me).

I am 35, gonna be 36 in July.

My mind still thinks I am 20 yrs old.

Most of the time my body feels like its about 50 yrs old.

So taking the average I figure I am ok.

Mentally, I never have seemed to have aged beyond my 20's, but at age 44 my body does seem to feel a bit rickety nowadays. It's definately slowed down and a surfing accident I had when I was about 34 leaves my back in chronic discomfort.
