i keep hearing people "bragging" how good they did when they took it in 6th, 7 th, 8th grade or whatever.

I just have a quick question... don't they inflate the grades? I know when high schoolers take them, they take the standard deviation and standard average to figure out your SAT score.... so I'm thinking, when the middle schoolers take them, they have their own (separate from the high schoolers... since this will inflate the scores for the high schoolers even more if they combine the two... ) standard deviation/standard average from which upon the SAT is calculated from.

Measuring our penises and seeing who has the biggest would be more to the point...but people would lie about that too.

no they don't, it's called a standardized test for a reason. you take it with HSers and you get graded along with them

Not me.
I got a 1620 on the SAT when I was in 6th grade.
I had just gotten divorced and was really hung over and I didn't get any sleep the night before, and my foot hurt, and . . .

I remember taking a PSAT, but I didn't know we had the option of taking the SAT in 7th grade. I don't see why you'd want to.

hey I brag that I got 1100 in 7th grade! I took it as part of some Johns Hopkins ultra geek in training program or something.
